The gain is not primarily brightness — though output does rise — it is the continuity of the light line. At 120 per metre the pitch is 8.3 mm; at 192 per metre it closes to 5.2 mm. On a reflective metal fascia, a glazing frame, or a gloss-painted surface where the strip is seen directly rather than through a diffuser, that difference is what separates a continuous line from a row of visible points.
The second difference is the cut interval, and it is the one that drives material waste. This model cuts every 62.5 mm against the 100 mm of the 120-LED version — 16 cuts per metre against 10. On a facade with repeating short sections, columns, or tight corner returns, offcuts are significantly smaller, and at this price per metre that adds up across a project.
Two figures need to be read carefully, and we would rather flag them than let a lighting calculation go wrong. The luminous flux is recorded on the datasheet as 1300 lm/m, but the remark field against it reads 7000 K — a value outside the 2700–6500 K range the strip is actually offered in, which suggests a template entry carried over into the datasheet. We publish the figure as recorded, but it should be confirmed with our engineering team before it is used in a design calculation. Separately, the model code carries a W10 × H3.5 designation that matches the datasheet outline dimensions, so there is no conflict there. Reel length is 100 m. Mounting is by double-sided adhesive tape film, which requires a clean, smooth, sound substrate — on rough or porous surfaces choose a clip-fixed model instead. Rated IP65 for sheltered outdoor use, with CE, CB, and RoHS certification held by the manufacturer.
