Dual White Chasing LED Strip Light, DC 24V 126 LEDs/M 2835 SMD, Dynamic 3000K-6500K Flowing Effect with Controller Dimming for Accent Lighting

Static strip lighting is invisible once it is switched on. In retail, hospitality, and decorative work, that is the problem — a cove or a display edge that simply glows does not draw the eye, and the client who specified it to create atmosphere finds it reads as background. A flowing effect is the cheapest way to give a linear installation movement, and this model does it in white rather than colour, which suits environments where RGB would look out of place.

Overview

Description

The strip alternates 3000 K and 6500 K emitters along its length and drives them in sequence, so a band of light travels along the run rather than sitting still. Because the effect is built from two white channels rather than coloured ones, the result is a moving warm-to-cool transition — much more restrained than an RGB chase, and appropriate for hotel corridors, bar edges, and retail fixtures where colour would cheapen the scheme. This is a standard chasing strip with the sequence built into the circuit; it is not individually addressable, so individual points or custom patterns cannot be programmed.

Two practical points determine whether this is the right product. First, it requires a controller — unlike the rest of the single-colour and dual-white range, which lights on connection, this one will not run without a matched controller, and the controller is not listed as supplied with the reel, so confirm it as a separate line when ordering. Second, the cut interval is 166.7 mm, by far the longest in the L series, because each cut point must preserve a full repeating sequence — meaning lengths can only be set in roughly 17 cm steps, and this is unsuitable for runs that need precise length matching. Output is 1000 lumens per metre from 126 LEDs at 10 W. Rated IP20 for indoor dry-location use, with CE, CB, and RoHS certification held by the manufacturer.

Core Features

Core Features

  • Flowing effect in white, not colour — a travelling warm-to-cool transition along the run, giving movement without the RGB look that would be wrong in hospitality and retail schemes.
  • Two white channels alternating along the strip — 3000 K and 6500 K emitters driven in sequence to produce the chase.
  • 1000 lumens per metre from 126 LEDs — output suited to accent and decorative work where the effect, not the illuminance, is the point.
  • 10 W and 0.42 A per metre — the lowest current draw of any effect strip in the range, so runs can be longer than the power figure alone would suggest.
  • Standard chasing circuit — the sequence is fixed in the circuit; the strip is not individually addressable and does not support custom programmed patterns.
  • 8 mm board for tight profiles — the narrowest width in the dual-white range, fitting channels that the 10 mm and 12 mm models will not.
  • 3P connection for the 8 mm board — mates with the MA3P-8 and CA3P-8 series for solder-free joins, corners, and power feeds.
  • CE / CB / RoHS certified — manufacturer-held certifications supporting European and international B2B procurement.

Application Scenarios

Application Scenarios

  • Hotel corridor and lobby feature edges — the core use case; movement draws the eye along a circulation route without introducing colour.
  • Bar and restaurant counter edges — a travelling white effect reads as premium where an RGB chase would not.
  • Retail window and display borders — motion in the window pulls attention from the street in a way static lighting does not.
  • Exhibition stand and event feature lines — dynamic effect with low power draw, suited to temporary builds on limited supply.
  • Stair nosing and handrail accent — the flowing direction can guide movement along a route.
  • Decorative ceiling and joinery reveals — subtle motion in residential and hospitality feature joinery.
