Silicone LED Neon Strip Light, DC 24V 336 LEDs/M Tri-CCT 3-in-1, IP68 Flexible for Architectural & Cove Lighting

At 336 LEDs per metre, this is the highest LED density in the entire G series silicone neon range — denser than every other model, front-emitting or side-emitting, in any profile size. That density produces the smoothest, most continuous-looking emitting face available in the range, relevant wherever the strip itself is viewed closely rather than only its diffused glow.

Overview

Description

Despite the high LED count, output is 600 lm/m from 11W at 24V DC — a moderate figure compared with the lower-density, higher-power 15-22W models elsewhere in the 16x16mm and 20x20mm range. This reflects a deliberate design trade: maximum density and smoothness rather than maximum raw brightness, at a comparatively efficient 0.46A per metre current draw.

Construction is the standard G series gas-phase silicone jacket, front-emitting, IP68 rated, with a -25°C to +45°C operating range. Colour temperature is specified at order from the Tri-CCT 3-in-1 range: 3000K, 4000K, or 6500K. The strip cuts every 17.9mm.

Key Features

Key Features

  • 336 LEDs per metre — highest density in the G series – The smoothest, most continuous emitting face available in the range, at any profile size.
  • 600 lm/m at 11W – Efficient output for a density-focused specification rather than a maximum-brightness one.
  • 0.46A current draw – Efficient current usage at this LED density and profile size.
  • Tri-CCT 3-in-1 construction – 3000K, 4000K, or 6500K specified at order.
  • 16x16mm profile – Mid-range cross-section for architectural and cove applications.
  • IP68 rated – Outdoor and submersion-rated protection.
  • 17.9mm cut interval – Finer adjustment than the 25mm interval on lower-density 16x16mm models.
  • Instant-on operation – Illuminates immediately once powered.

Materials & Finish

Materials & Finish

  • Construction: gas-phase silicone jacket over a 2025 LED board at the highest LED density in the G series.
  • Profile: W16 × H16 ± 0.5 mm square cross-section.
  • Surface treatment: silicone finish with a mirror-smooth light face, exceptionally smooth at this LED density.
  • Colour consistency: SDCM ≤5 across the three colour temperature options.
  • Thermal range: -25 °C to +45 °C operating; -40 °C to +60 °C storage.
  • Photometric stability: L80B20 at 50,000 hours.
  • Mechanical: flexible silicone jacket rated for 15,000 switching cycles.

Assembly & Installation

Tools needed: scissors or side cutters, clean dry cloth, fixed clamp accessories.

Steps:

  1. Confirm the 24V supply capacity against 11W per metre for the planned run.
  2. Clean and dry the mounting surface or channel.
  3. Cut only at the marked 17.9mm intervals.
  4. Seat the strip using the fixed clamp system at regular intervals.
  5. Connect using metal or nylon terminal connection wire, or the end plug.
  6. Apply power; the strip illuminates immediately.

Choosing this model for close-viewed installations: where the strip will be seen directly at close range — an exposed cove edge, a display cabinet viewed from a short distance — this high-density model produces a noticeably smoother result than the lower-density, higher-output alternatives in the same profile.

Applications

Applications

  • Close-viewed architectural cove details – Highest density in the range for the smoothest possible emitting line.
  • Premium display cabinet and showcase lighting – Superior visual smoothness for high-end retail fixtures.
  • Mirror surround lighting – Dense, even light suited to close facial-distance viewing.
  • Museum and gallery lighting – Smooth, dot-free illumination for closely inspected installations.
  • Outdoor cove and facade lighting – IP68 rating supports exposed installation.
  • Landscape accent lighting requiring visual refinement – Dense emission for premium garden and grounds features.

FAQ

FAQ

Q: Is this the brightest strip in the 16x16mm range?
A: No, at 600 lm/m it is not the highest output — the 240-LED model in the same profile reaches 900 lm/m. This model instead offers the highest LED density in the entire G series, prioritising a smoother emitting face over raw brightness.

Q: When should I choose density over output?
A: Choose this high-density model where the strip is viewed closely — display cabinets, mirror surrounds, museum cases — and a perfectly smooth light line matters more than maximum brightness. Choose the higher-output 240-LED model for facade and distance-viewed applications.

Q: Why is the cut interval finer than other 16x16mm models?
A: The 17.9mm interval reflects the tighter LED pitch at 336 LEDs per metre, compared with the 25mm interval on the lower-density 240-LED model in the same profile.

Q: Can this strip be used outdoors?
A: Yes, IP68 rating supports outdoor and submersion-rated use within the -25°C to +45°C operating range.

Q: Can colour temperature be changed after installation?
A: No, it is fixed at manufacture from the Tri-CCT 3-in-1 range specified at order.

Q: What is the MOQ and lead time?
A: MOQ is 50 sets, lead time 15–21 days. Supplied on 5m reels, 10 reels per carton totalling 50m, shipped from Guangzhou or Shenzhen.
