FAQ
Q: Is this compatible with a standard 220V European supply?
A: No. This model is built for a 110–135V input range and is not compatible with 220–240V mains. For European and other 220–240V markets, specify the AC 220V models in the D series.
Q: What markets is this strip designed for?
A: Regions running a nominal 110–127V supply, including North America and parts of Latin America. Confirm the local voltage standard before ordering.
Q: Does this need a low-voltage driver?
A: No, it connects to mains through a plug-in power cord with no separate low-voltage driver, the same connection approach used across the mains-voltage models in the D series, correctly matched to 127V input.
Q: How does it compare with the AC 220V 288-LED strip?
A: Different supply voltage, higher LED density (360 vs 288), and Ra80 rather than Ra90 colour rendering. Choose based on the destination market's electrical supply first — voltage compatibility is not optional.
Q: Who should install this product?
A: A qualified electrician familiar with 110-135V wiring practices, in accordance with local regulations.
Q: What are the MOQ and lead time?
A: MOQ is 50 sets, lead time 15–21 days. Supplied on 10m reels, 50 reels per carton totalling 500m, shipped from Guangzhou or Shenzhen.
