Description
That output level is the reason this is the model to specify for under-cabinet work. Task lighting under a kitchen cabinet needs enough intensity to actually light the worktop, not just outline the cabinet — and 1300 lm/m clears that threshold where the 480 lm/m entry model would read as decorative only. It also earns energy efficiency class E, better than the F rating carried by several other models in the series including the higher-output 624-LED 2025 version, making it a defensible choice where running cost or energy compliance documentation matters.
Running on DC 12V at 0.83A per metre, practical continuous run lengths are shorter than the 24V models before voltage drop becomes visible — plan a feed point roughly every 5m on longer runs. Installation is tool-free via double-sided adhesive tape film, and the strip cuts every 25mm. Six colour temperatures from 2700K through 6500K are specified at order stage. Rated IP20 for indoor dry-location use, with CE, CB, and RoHS certification held by the manufacturer.
