FAQ
Q: Why is this model IP65 while other strips in the range are IP68?
A: This is the only arc-profile model in the range, and its construction is rated IP65 — suited to protected outdoor and splash-exposed signage. For installations requiring full submersion protection, the square-profile 10/12/16/20mm models in this range carry IP68.
Q: What does "dual white" mean on this strip, and how does it differ from Tri-CCT 3-in-1 models elsewhere in the range?
A: This strip ships at one of three fixed colour temperatures — 3000K, 4000K, or 6500K — selected at the time of order and fixed once manufactured. This differs from Tri-CCT 3-in-1 models elsewhere in the range, which carry three colour-temperature dies on the same board.
Q: Why is the profile arc-shaped instead of square like the rest of the range?
A: The arc-shaped W6 × H12mm profile is purpose-built for side-emission through a curved face, giving a rounded, glare-controlled light line for channel letters and curved signage — this is the only non-square profile in the G series.
Q: How fine is the cut interval on this model?
A: 8.33mm, cuttable at every LED position — finer than the cut intervals used on several square-profile models in the range, useful for exact letter and sign dimensions.
Q: Can this strip be used for indoor cabinet lighting instead of signage?
A: It can, but the side-emitting arc optic is specifically optimised for letter and sign applications. For general cabinet lighting, a front-emitting square-profile model in the range will produce more usable light for the same specification.
Q: What is the MOQ and lead time?
A: MOQ is 50 sets, lead time 15–21 days. Supplied on 5m reels, 10 reels per carton totalling 50m, shipped from Guangzhou or Shenzhen.
