FAQ
Q: Is this genuinely the brightest strip in the G series?
A: Yes, at 1500 lm/m this is the highest output figure across the entire G series silicone LED neon range, ahead of all other front-emitting and side-emitting models.
Q: What size driver do I need for a 5 metre run?
A: At 22W per metre, a 5 metre run draws 110W nominal. Size the driver with at least 20% headroom, so a minimum 132W-rated 24V driver for a full 5m reel.
Q: How does the "small joint, no dark zone" splicing work?
A: It is a compact connector design that minimises the visible gap at connection points between reels, keeping long multi-reel facade runs looking continuous rather than segmented.
Q: Why is the packing quantity 40m per carton instead of 50m like other models?
A: The larger 20x20mm profile takes up more physical space per roll, so this model ships 8 rolls per carton (40m total) rather than the 10 rolls (50m) seen on smaller profiles.
Q: Is this strip suitable for indoor use, or only large-scale outdoor signage?
A: While it is positioned for large-scale outdoor and facade applications, IP68 rating and the standard G series construction support indoor use as well — though for typical indoor cabinet lighting, a smaller and lower-output model is usually more practical and economical.
Q: What is the MOQ and lead time?
A: MOQ is 50 sets, lead time 15–21 days. Supplied on 5m reels, 8 reels per carton totalling 40m, shipped from Guangzhou or Shenzhen.
