At 180 LEDs per metre this is the higher-density of the two square-profile dual white models in the range, and the extra emitters do two things. They lift output from 950 lm/m to 1200 lm/m, and they tighten the emitter pitch from 8.3 mm to 5.6 mm — which is what matters if the strip is mounted in a reveal where the light grazes a wall surface. A wider pitch at grazing incidence produces a scalloped gradient that shows every emitter; tightening the pitch is usually more effective at removing that than adding more lumens.
The specification around it is consistent with the better models in the range. Colour binning is SDCM ≤ 5, the tightest rating here, so multiple reels on one elevation read as a single colour — worth insisting on for any run longer than a single reel. Power is 12 W per metre drawing 0.06 A, cutting is at the standard 200 mm interval, and mounting is by buckle and screw. Energy efficiency class F.
The choice between this and the dome-profile model carrying identical electrical and optical figures comes down to the detail. Both run 180 LEDs, 12 W, 1200 lm/m, Ra 70, SDCM ≤ 5, a 200 mm cut, and a 50 m reel — the difference is the body: 13.5 × 6.5 mm square here against 14 × 7 mm dome there. Specify the square where the strip sits in a channel or against a flat return, and the dome where it is exposed to weather on a top face or visible in daylight. Rated IP65, with CE, CB, and RoHS certification held by the manufacturer.
