Description
The second practical difference is reel length. Where the rest of the L series ships on 5m reels, this model ships on 20m reels — four times the continuous length per join, which on a long run means three fewer connectors, three fewer solder joints, and three fewer places for a connection to fail or a brightness discontinuity to appear. Carton quantity is 1000m (20m × 50 reels) against the 500m standard elsewhere. Output is 1300 lumens per metre at 10W, matching the standard 120-LED 12V model, so the move to 48V costs nothing in light output.
Note that 48V supply is required — this strip is not interchangeable with 12V or 24V infrastructure, and drivers should be specified accordingly. The cut interval is 50mm, coarser than the 25mm of the 12V model, which is the trade-off for the higher-voltage circuit layout. Installation is tool-free via double-sided adhesive tape film. Six colour temperatures from 2700K through 6500K are specified at order stage. Rated IP20 for indoor dry-location use, with CE, CB, and RoHS certification held by the manufacturer.
