FAQ
Q: Is this the only high-CRI option among the mains-voltage COB strips?
A: Within this batch, yes — this is the CRI 90 model in the AC 220V range. Other mains-voltage models in the D series are rated Ra70 or Ra80, suited to indirect architectural applications where colour accuracy is not the priority.
Q: Why is the cut interval 500mm — is that a mistake?
A: No, this is correct for this specific model. It is the widest cut pitch in the D series, reflecting the circuit design at this LED density and mains voltage combination. Plan installation sections in 500mm multiples from the design stage.
Q: Does this strip need a low-voltage driver?
A: No. It connects to mains supply through a plug-in power cord with a protective sleeve at the connection point. No low-voltage driver is required.
Q: Who should install this product?
A: A qualified electrician, in accordance with local wiring regulations. This is a mains-voltage product and unsuitable for DIY installation.
Q: Can this be used in a retail display requiring accurate merchandise colour?
A: Yes, this is exactly the application it is specified for — CRI 90 rendering at commercial installation scale, without the driver infrastructure a low-voltage equivalent would require.
Q: What are the MOQ and lead time?
A: MOQ is 50 sets, lead time 15–21 days. Supplied on 10m reels, 50 reels per carton totalling 500m, shipped from Guangzhou or Shenzhen.
