FAQ
Q: How is this different from the full spectrum dual white model?
A: Both carry 560 LEDs per metre at CRI 90 on both channels. This model outputs 600-700 lm/m at 8mm width with a two-wire connection system; the full spectrum model outputs 800-1100 lm/m at 10mm width with a three-wire system. Choose this model for a more compact profile and standard accessory compatibility; choose the full spectrum model for maximum output.
Q: Is CRI 90 genuinely achieved on both the warm and cool channels?
A: Yes, both the 2700K and 6500K channels are rated Ra 90. This is not limited to one channel, unlike some lower-specification dual white product.
Q: What accessories does this strip use?
A: The standard 2P-8 accessory range — the same connector family used by the single-colour 8mm strips in the D series — simplifying stock management for distributors already carrying that range.
Q: Can this strip be used in a bathroom?
A: The IP20 rating means it is for indoor, dry locations only. Do not install in areas subject to splashing, steam, or condensation.
Q: Why is the output lower than the full spectrum model at the same LED count?
A: The two-wire construction and different LED bead specification (5×18mil versus 6×20mil) produce a lower output per channel, trading maximum brightness for a more compact profile and simpler connection system.
Q: What is the MOQ and lead time?
A: MOQ is 50 sets, lead time 15–21 days. Supplied on 10m reels, 50 reels per carton totalling 500m, shipped from Guangzhou or Shenzhen.
